Mortgage Servicing Information.

Borrowers who wish to exercise their right to assert errors and/or request information about their mortgage loan account under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act must send a request in writing to: Third Federal Savings and Loan; PO Box 605007; Cleveland, OH 44105-0007. The request must include: (1) the borrower’s name; (2) the borrower’s mortgage loan account number; and (3) the error believed to have occurred and/or the information requested.
